Zerzova Vanilla Fir Honey comes from the mountainous fir forests of Arcadia in the central Peloponnese, where bees forage freely across the dense forests of Mount Menalon. It is harvested by the Theodoropoulos family and reflects both the Greek landscape and a long tradition of beekeeping.
The high altitude, clean air and untouched soils give this honey its distinctive pale appearance, delicate woody aroma and naturally smooth sweetness.
