ERMA Organic Honey is produced in the pristine, wind-swept landscapes of Andros, the northernmost island of the Cyclades. Unlike the typically arid image of the Cycladic islands, Andros is rich in natural springs, rivers and lush vegetation, creating a distinctive and vibrant microclimate.
Bees forage freely among wild thyme, heather, herbs and endemic wildflowers in an environment characterized by clean air, fertile soils and notable biodiversity. According to the flyer, this terroir gives ERMA honey an intense aromatic profile, balanced sweetness and notable nutritional richness.
